Use this page to request deletion of your Digitalgrub Studio account and associated app data.
What To Send
Email us from the same email address you use for your account. If that is not possible, include the account email address in your message so we can verify the request.

After verification, we delete your app account, uploaded photos, generated image files, saved captions, social planning data, and other workspace records associated with your account.
Data We May Retain
We may retain limited records when required for security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, legal, or regulatory reasons. If retention applies, we will explain what is retained and why.
Timing
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. If a request needs more verification or cannot be completed in that window, we will reply with the next step.
