Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Digitalgrub Post Studio and the Digitalgrub Studio mobile app handle account, photo, and generated content data.

What We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your email address and a password hash. When you choose a photo, we upload that selected image so the service can analyze, enhance, crop, and generate social-ready exports. The app does not auto-scan your gallery in this version.

How We Use Data

We use your data to authenticate your account, show your recent uploads, process selected photos, create previews and downloads, and improve the reliability of the service. We do not sell user data or use advertising SDKs in the current app.

Storage And Processing

Uploaded photos and generated files are processed on Digitalgrub servers. Temporary generated files and cache files may be cleaned periodically. Original uploads are kept while they are part of your account workspace unless you delete them or request account deletion.

Sharing

We use service providers for hosting, database, storage, and infrastructure operations. We do not share your selected photos for advertising. If a future feature connects to social networks for posting, that connection will be disclosed before use.

Security

We use HTTPS for app and web traffic. Passwords are stored as hashes, not plain text. No internet service can be guaranteed perfectly secure, but we design the service to limit data access to the work needed to run the product.

Your Choices

You choose which photos to upload. You can delete individual uploads in the web studio. You can also request account and data deletion from the account deletion page.
